The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites qualified midcareer individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest for the role of Technical Lead to conduct a detailed baseline study for a 24-month climate resilience project funded by the Royal Danish Embassy. The consultant will lead mixed-methods research design, oversee field data collection across 75 Union Councils, ensure gender and social inclusion analysis, supervise enumerators, manage data cleaning and statistical analysis, and deliver an inception report, cleaned dataset, draft and final baseline reports with GIS maps and actionable recommendations. Eligibility requires an advanced degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in baseline studies or rural development, MEL expertise, and willingness for office-based work (8 hours/day). Preference for experience in fragile mountain ecosystems. Submission includes a cover letter, CV, 3-page technical note, PPT readiness, a sample report, and availability confirmation.
