AKRSP, a leading development organization, invites sealed quotations from reputable vendors for the supply and transportation of Galvanized Iron (G.I) Pipes for a water supply project in Golodass, Sultanabad, Gilgit
Scope of Work:
The selected vendor will be responsible for the complete supply, loading, transportation, and unloading of G.I Pipes to the project site, strictly adhering to the following specifications:
- Item: G.I Pipe, 110 MM (4 Inch Dia), Hot Dip Galvanized
- Thickness: 110 mm
- Standard: Indian Standard IS 1239
- Length: 6m (Adjust last one as per order)
- Fittings: Threaded, Socketed, and with Sockets
- Quantity: 2,200 RFT (Running Feet)
Key Terms & Conditions:
- Delivery Timeline: 15 working days from the date of the Purchase Order.
- Payment: 100% upon complete delivery, inspection, and acceptance at the project site. No advance payments.
- Validity: Quoted rates must be valid for a minimum of one month from the submission date.
- Evaluation: Awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all technical and compliance requirements.
General Instructions:
- Sealed quotations must be submitted on the company’s official letterhead, duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
- Quotations must be complete with unit rates, total prices, and all applicable taxes.
- Please ensure your quote is firm and fixed, inclusive of all transportation, duties, and logistical costs.
