AKRSP invites sealed bids from technically and financially qualified firms/contractors registered in Pakistan for the construction of the captioned project, financed under the CAPP grant.
Project Location: Kote Bala Ishkoman, District Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan (approx. 2,474 m elevation; 180 km from Gilgit, 100 km from Gahkuch)
Scope of Works: Construction of a 200 ft steel suspension bridge with 8 ft deck width, including foundations/abutments, towers, anchor blocks, steel suspension components, deck works, protective works, approach link road, and associated civil/structural works as per approved drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities.
Construction Period: As per Bid Data Sheet / Contract Data (no escalation for original scope beyond the construction period).
Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Important Notes
- Bidders must submit one sealed envelope containing both Technical Qualification Documents and Financial Bid Documents.
- A signed Declaration of Undertaking (without alteration) is mandatory; failure will result in disqualification.
- Bids must be in English; prices in PKR only.
- AKRSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without incurring liability.
- Award is subject to availability of CAPP grant funds and AKRSP procurement approvals.
- The project will follow AKRSP’s Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and applicable safeguard requirements.
