For the Production of Project Documentary & Other Audio-visual Products for the Energy Plus Project
The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites proposals from registered and experienced production firms for the development of high-quality project documentary, reels and photographs for its Energy Plus: Energy for Climate Resilience project. The project aims to foster a climate-resilient, low-carbon economy in the regions of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral.
Scope of Work
The work will require field visits to project sites across Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral to capture interviews and visuals of project interventions. The selected firm will be responsible for professionally documenting the project’s implementation, achievements, and impact. The core deliverables include:
- A high-quality documentary (10-15 minutes).
- 10 short reels/videos (60-120 seconds each) for social media and digital platforms.
- A library of 100 high-resolution, edited photographs.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Eligible applicants must be registered firms not blacklisted by any national or international agency. Preference will be given to firms with:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in professional videography, photography, scriptwriting, and documentary production for development organisations, INGOs, or public sector programmes.
- A proven track record of producing impactful development-focused documentaries, with a portfolio of at least 3-5 relevant examples.
- Experience working in rural and climate-vulnerable areas.
Key Dates and Timeline
Assignment Duration: 45 calendar days, expected to commence in the second week of August 2026.
Proposal Submission Deadline: 31 July 2026, 5:00 PM (PST).
Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit a complete proposal package comprising the following separate documents:
1. Cover Letter: Signed on official letterhead.
2. Company Profile: Highlighting legal status, core capabilities, and relevant experience.
3. Technical Proposal: Including understanding of the assignment, proposed methodology, work plan, team structure, and equipment.
4. CVs of Key Personnel: For all proposed team members.
5. Work Samples: At least 3-5 examples of similar completed assignments with references.
6. Legal Documents: Copy of Company Registration Certificate and NTN (or equivalent tax registration).
7. Financial Proposal: A detailed cost breakdown with applicable taxes.

- The Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the name of the proposal and the project title.
