The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), established in 1982 by the Aga Khan Foundation, is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in Gilgit-Baltistan, Chitral, and Sindh. AKRSP works through grassroots organizations, capacity building, and partnerships to promote sustainable development, enhance incomes, and strengthen local governance.
