Sealed bids are invited from registered contractors for rehabilitation and improvement Micro hydropower projects in Upper Chitral. The works are divided into 04 lots:
- Lot 01: Tender Document for Rehabilitation and Improvement of the Civil Work (Miragam MHP 50 kW). The bid security amount for lot 01 is PKRS 200,000/-.
- Lot 02: Tender Document for Rehabilitation and improvement of the Civil Work Jamalandeh Kosht MHP 200 kW. The bid security amount for lot 02 is PKRS 60,000/-.
- Lot 03: Tender Document for rehabilitation and improvement of Civil Work Chapali MHP 250 kW. The bid security amount for lot 03 is PKRS 200,000/-.
- Lot 04: Tender Document for Civil Work of Zondragram Terich MHP 200 kW. The bid security amount for lot 04 is PKRS 80,000/-.
Bidders must use tender documents obtained from the specified link given below and submit their sealed tenders by 4:30 pm on August 26, 2024.
Terms and Conditions:
- Separate sealed bid (including Technical and Financial Bid) will be submitted to each lot.
- Conditional, incomplete, or overwritten tenders will be rejected.
- The tenderers are encouraged to visit the site before tendering for the work.
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 16, 2024, at 11:00 am at the AKRSP Regional Programme Office
- The bid security will be provided in the form of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of AKRSP valid for a period 120 days beyond the Bid Validity date.
- The procurement committee will decide in case of identical lowest bids.
- Only 02 lots will be awarded to any single contractor.
- The successful bidder must sign the agreement and provide a performance bond within 28 days.
- Work must follow AKRSP specifications and designs.
- Payments depend on actual work done and fund availability from PATRIP.
- No interest claims for payment delays due to fund receipt issues.
- AKRSP may adjust project quantities based on site conditions.
- AKRSP reserves the right to cancel or reject any/all bids without explanation.
