The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), a not-for-profit organization under the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), invites sealed quotations from qualified and experienced suppliers/contractors for the Supply and Transportation of LT Poles and Accessories for the 100 kW Phurkhot Micro Hydel Project (MHP) in Upper Chitral.
Scope of Work:
The successful supplier will be responsible for the supply, loading/unloading, and safe delivery of materials to the project site, including:
- MS Electrical Poles (LV) – 40 Nos
- AAC (ANT) Conductor 50mm² – 5,000 Meters
- D-Shackle Insulators – 100 Nos
- Transportation to Phurkhot, Torkhow
All materials must be new, of certified quality, and conform to WAPDA or equivalent standards.
Submission Requirements:
- Quotations must be sealed, signed, and stamped on official letterhead.
- Submit by hand or courier to:
Admin & Procurement Officer, AKRSP Regional Office, Near Shahi Qilla, Chitral - Deadline: Close of Business (COB) on October 17, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Queries must be submitted in writing by October 13, 2025.
AKRSP reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, partially or entirely, without assigning any reason.
