The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), launched in 1982 by the Aga Khan Foundation, is a non-profit organization working to enhance the quality of life in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. AKRSP empowers communities through grassroots organization, skill-building, and partnerships, driving sustainable development, income growth, and democratic local governance.
The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) is seeking quotations/bids from companies/vendors/service providers for purchasing for the supply of high-quality promotional products the specifications of which have been given in link:

1- The order encompasses a range of items including 1000 units each of Ball Pens (black/white), 1000 Note Pads (A5 spiral), and 1000 Mugs (medium, white) 4 inch hight and 3.5 inch width.
2- All START branding items will have three logos pasted (AKRSP, START and GAC logos)
3- We require 1000 custom Pen Pots, 1000 round Table Mats, and 1000 Denim Cloth Bags (10″x14″).
4- The lot also includes 500 copies of a 4-color, 15-page A4 Workbook print and 500 A6, 160 gsm two-fold Flyers.
5- Additionally, 1000 units of round, transparent plastic Stickers are to be supplied.
6- All materials must be manufactured from premium, durable materials as per detailed technical specifications.
7- We reserve the right to accept or reject any bid without providing a reason.
The sealed quotation should be submitted by hand or courier at the Core Office at AKRSP Baber Road Gilgit.The quotations must reach not later than, September 5th , 2025 before 5:00 PM.
