Invitation for Quotations
The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), established in 1982 by the Aga Khan Foundation, is a non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral through grassroots development, capacity building, and sustainable partnerships.
AKRSP invites sealed quotations from registered and experienced suppliers for the complete supply of Early Childhood Development (ECD) Materials in the “UNICEF” Project, in accordance with the detailed specifications attached with this advertisement.
Interested suppliers must demonstrate proven experience in the supply of ECD educational materials and ensure that all items are child-safe, non-toxic, lead-free, and durable. The itemized quotation must be submitted in PKR, clearly mentioning brand, country of origin, delivery timeline, and warranty. Bids must be submitted for the entire lot; partial bids will not be considered.
For Laptops, LEDs, Printers, and IT accessories, suppliers with valid registration and relevant experience may apply separately.

The quotation package must include:
- Cover letter
- Company profile with relevant client references
- Valid business registration and tax documents
- Complete itemized quotation
Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked:
“QUOTATION FOR ECD MATERIALS”
Last Date for Submission: 30th January 2026
Late submissions will not be entertained.
The contract will be awarded on a best-value basis, considering price, quality, compliance, and experience, and not solely on the lowest bid. Payment will be made upon satisfactory delivery and inspection.
