The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites sealed quotations from eligible, experienced, and reputable firms for the Supply and Transportation of HDPE Pipes for its RENEW and BRAVE II projects.

Below are instructions for the bidders:
- Quotations should be valid up to60 days from the date of submission of bidding.
- 2.5% bid security of the total quoted price (in the form of Pay Order/bank draft from a scheduled bank) is mandatory. Quotations without bid security shall be considered non-responsive.
- 10% Retention Money from payments of bills will be deducted and will be refunded after completion of the defect liability period.
- All rates should include the cost of items/materials at the delivery point, including transportation.
- AKRSP will not be bound to offer an award to the lowest Bidder.
- Name of the HDPE Pipe resin material supplying company with LC reference.
- The Pipe should be delivered to the original office in Gilgit, and the rates should be ex-Gilgit
Interested firms must be registered in Pakistan, have relevant experience in HDPE pipe works and water supply schemes, and demonstrate the capacity to operate in remote mountainous areas.
