                                             INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY

           

 

The Regional Programme Office Chitral, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), under the FCDO-funded project “Building Resilience and Addressing Vulnerability to Emergencies” (BRAVE), invites proposals from qualified research experts based in Chitral for the conduction of consultancy “Policy research on Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA), Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Watershed management in coordination with Knowledge Hub. The research will focus on the following topics:

  1. Utilizing Indigenous Knowledge: Farmers’ Perceptions of Climate Change in Chitral
  2. Identification of New Agro-Ecological Zones in Upper and Lower Chitral in Response to Climate Change for Building a Resilient Farming Community.

Detailed ToR and required criteria for the service providers are mentioned hereunder the link below. Interested candidates can apply before 19th September 2024. Candidates belonging to Chitral Region will be preferred for this engagement. The EOIs must be included with technical and financial proposals.

” The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), under the BEST4WEER project, invites micro grant applications from Women-Headed/Serving CSOs for Legal Compliance Support.

The selected Civil Society Organisations will receive micro-financial support, technical assistance, and help with legal compliance.

Support Areas:

1- Facilitation of audits.

2- Assistance in filing annual returns to the registrar’s office.

3- Financial support in obtaining and renewing licenses and registrations.”

Social Development Micro Award (SDMA) for Gilgit, Nagar and Hunza Districts

The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), under the Building Resilience of Civil Societies and Youth to COVID-19 in GBC project, invites applications for micro-grants under the Social Development Micro Awards (SDMA) for young social activists (aged between 18 and 30 years), formal and informal groups, and registered organizations from the districts of Gilgit, Nager, and Astore. This project is co-funded by the European Union.

This project is co-funded by the European Union.
